• ELS Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
• Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
