- A second email with your tracking link will be sent once your order ships.

Return Policy
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Free returns on defective items

How to Start a Return

Email Us
Send an email to sales@elsscrubs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Instructions
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship Your Items
Pack items securely with tags attached and ship them back using the provided label.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also non-returnable. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
