Size Guide

Our scrubs are designed to fit a wide range of body types. Use the measurements below to find your perfect size — or reach out and we'll help you choose.

How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure in inches. Have a friend help for the most accurate results.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and under your arms. Keep one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually about 1 inch above your navel. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 7–9 inches below your natural waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg along the inner thigh. For the best result, measure a well-fitting pair of pants you already own.

Height

Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Mark the wall at the top of your head and measure from the floor to that mark.

Fabric & Fit Note

Our scrubs are made from a 95% polyester, 5% spandex 4-way stretch fabric that moves with your body. The fabric has natural give, so if you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more tailored fit, or sizing up if you prefer extra room for movement.
